Late in the evening on October 24, 2017, the Saline County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) was dispatched to a location in Alexander to meet with a concerned citizen.  While meeting with that citizen, he/she provided a device which he/she believed may contain sexually explicit material.  That device was provided to the Patrol Division deputy who in turn, notified detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division (CID).

CID detectives worked closely with an outside law enforcement agency and subsequently recovered hundreds of photographs which depicted what appears to be minors involved in various sex acts.

An arrest warrant was obtained and on October 29, 2017, Bobby Joe Millirons Jr., of Alexander, was arrested without incident.  Millirons was charged with Distributing Possessing or Viewing Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child.  That charge is a Class C felony.

This investigation is continuing and no further information will be released by the SCSO due to this investigation being current.
