On March 16, 2016, Saline County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) detectives were able to identify the suspect who appeared in the video (VIDEO OF A THIEF - HWY 167) recently posted to our website regarding the theft of a trailer/lawnmower.  As a result, an arrest warrant was obtained for Terry Don ELDER as well as a search warrant for his residence.  Upon service of the search warrant, SCSO detectives located/recovered the stolen lawn mower, which will be returned to its rightful owner.  Detectives determined that ELDER fled the area.
