Home Invasion suspects Arrested
On June 12, 2010 at approximately 11:00 p.m., the male resident along with the female resident and 10 month old daughter were in bed asleep. They heard a loud bang and saw four unknown suspects inside the house, armed with handguns, claiming to be law enforcement. When they got to the male resident they began beating him, and put a handgun to the back of his head. They then began asking for electronic items and narcotics, then began ransacking the residence. They took keys to the resident's vehicle and went outside. The residents then ran out the back and called 911.
The suspects then left and proceeded to Little Rock where they copied this tactic at least 3 more times.
Saline County Detectives identified three suspects and obtained arrest warrants and search warrants for them. The warrants were served on June 17, 2010 by Saline County SWAT at two residents in Saline County, where one suspect, Bobby Scarberry, was arrested, and one turned himself, Kevin Scarberry, in that afternoon. Detectives later learned that the other two suspects were in custody in Morrilton on unrelated charges.
All four suspects are charged with Aggravated Residential Burglary, and numerous other felony charges.
